Cancellation & Refund Policy
Harmony Health & Wellness Center values your time and strives to provide timely, high-quality care for all patients. This policy outlines our guidelines regarding appointment cancellations, missed appointments, refunds, and membership services.
Appointment Cancellations
Patients are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a $25 same-day cancellation fee.
Missed Appointments (No-Shows)
Appointments that are missed without notice (“no-shows”) will result in a $25 no-show fee or forfeiture of any prepaid visit or deposit.

Repeated missed appointments may require prepayment for future visits or may result in limited scheduling availability.
Refund Policy
Medical services provided by Harmony Health & Wellness Center are generally non-refundable once rendered.

Refunds will not be issued for:​

Completed appointments or services

Missed or late-canceled appointments

Membership fees already billed

Services that were declined after the appointment time

If a service cannot be completed due to a provider-related issue, scheduling error, or unforeseen circumstance on our part, a refund or credit may be issued at our discretion.
Telehealth Appointments
Telehealth appointments are subject to the same cancellation and no-show policy, including the $25 same-day cancellation or no-show fee.

Technical difficulties on the patient’s end do not qualify for a refund.
Membership Cancellation
Subscription memberships are billed on a monthly basis.

Memberships may be canceled at any time with written notice

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle

Partial-month refunds are not provided

Any unused services or visits included in the membership do not roll over or convert to cash value.
Aesthetic & Wellness Services
Due to the nature of aesthetic and wellness treatments (including Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, and hormone therapy), all sales are final once treatment has begun.
​
Consultation fees are non-refundable.
Insurance & Coverage
Insurance coverage decisions are made by the insurance provider, not Harmony Health & Wellness Center.
​
Denial of insurance coverage does not qualify for a refund. Patients are responsible for all charges not covered by insurance
Policy Changes
Harmony Health & Wellness Center reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting.
